If you know your LTC password, students can change their password in the following ways:

• On campus, login to a campus computer and press CTL-ALT-DEL and choose Change a password.
• If you do not have access to a campus computer or are off campus, do the following:

Passwords must have at least 14 characters, one number, one upper case and one lower case letter.

1. Go to https://login.laniertech.edu
2. Login using your Laker Login (your email and password).
3. At the top of the portal in the search bar, type password and click on Change LTC Password.
4. At the top right of the new page, click the Edit Profile button.
5. When prompted, enter your password, click the Verify button and follow the Multifactor prompts to prove you are you.
6. You will then be presented with instructions on changing your password, including the rules for creating a new password.

If you have forgotten your password, use these instructions to reset your password:

1. Go to https://login.laniertech.edu
2. Click on Need help signing in? just below the Sign In button.
3. Click Forgot Password?
4. Click which option your prefer: SMS (text message)
• Voice Call
• Email
